Quick Cole update (from my phone so sorry for the spelling): he had a VERY rough night yesterday but seemed fine this morning. Got a call from daycare at 4:45 that he had a fever. Drove well above the limit to go get him - find him smiling away but very warm. Head over the ready care where they look in his ears, take blood, temps, x-rays... Only to tell me they don't know what it is. Maybe just a bad cold. Lovely! It's nice to be able to rule so much out but I was hoping for a quick medicine fix. Fingers crossed tonight goes better (for him and us!) and that tomorrow the fever is down.
On a side note: this kid is gaining weight like crazy. According to their scale he weighs 18 lbs! Geez!
